Multi-award-winning broadcast journalist Jessica Soho is set to visit Dubai as the guest of honor at The Global Filipino Icon Awards 2024. The ceremony, dedicated to recognizing Filipinos, organizations, and businesses for their outstanding contributions, will take place at Dusit Thani Dubai on May 17.
The awards night will feature three categories: Global Icon, Star Icon Awardees, and Special Awardees. In a recent video message, Soho shared her excitement about attending the event. Known for hosting "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS)", the longest-running TV news magazine show in the Philippines, Soho continues to captivate audiences with her coverage of diverse topics including Filipino pop culture, food, health, and even paranormal activities.
At the same awards, Balikbayan Store is set to receive the The Leading Global Filipino Marketplace Award.
This year, Soho has added more accolades to her collection, winning two awards at the Gawad Lasallianeta for Most Outstanding Magazine Show and Most Outstanding Magazine Show Host for her work on KMJS.
