Dr. Mary Jane Alvero-Al Mahdi stands as a beacon of Filipino excellence, leading the Prime Group of Companies in Dubai with visionary leadership. Her impactful journey mirrors resilience and innovation, contributing to landmark projects such as the iconic Burj Khalifa and the transformative Etihad Rail.

Born on April 29, 1970, in Makati, Philippines, Mary Jane Alvero-Al Mahdi's path to success was paved with challenges. Raised in a family facing financial hardships due to her father's illness, she learned the value of perseverance and hard work from a young age. Despite the adversities, she pursued her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Adamson University in 1991.

Following her graduation, Dr. Alvero-Al Mahdi embarked on a journey marked by dedication and excellence. She began her career as a trainee at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Manila, contributing to the revival of the biologically challenged Pasig River. In 1992, she ventured to the United Arab Emirates, where she joined Galadari Hosiery Mills as a quality control engineer.

Recognized for her exceptional skills and expertise, Dr. Alvero-Al Mahdi swiftly climbed the ranks, transitioning to prominent roles in renowned organizations such as Al Futtaim Wimpey Laboratories and Geoscience Testing Laboratories. In 2003, she assumed the role of CEO at Geoscience Testing Laboratory, a testament to her dedication and leadership acumen.

Over the years, Dr. Alvero-Al Mahdi's contributions have been widely acclaimed, earning her prestigious awards and honors both in the Philippines and the UAE. Notable accolades include the Emirates Businesswoman Award in the Professional Category (2008), the Presidential Award for Filipinos Overseas (2012), and the Emirates Woman of the Year Award in the Visionary Category (2013), among others.

Through her unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, Dr. Mary Jane Alvero-Al Mahdi continues to inspire countless individuals, embodying the spirit of Filipino pride and achievement on the global stage.
