In a move to foster entrepreneurial spirit among Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), the Philippine Embassy in the United Arab Emirates has organized an investment forum titled "KABAYAN, MAG-AGRIBUSINESS TAYO!" The event, set to take place on May 12 at the Liwa Grand Ballroom, Le Royal Meridien in Abu Dhabi, will focus on educating OFWs on starting and managing agribusiness ventures.

The forum, scheduled from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, is tailored to encourage and guide Filipinos residing abroad in investing back in their homeland, particularly in the agriculture sector. Attendance is free of charge, and interested participants are urged to register by scanning the provided QR code or by visiting the given link to reserve their seat.

Key topics to be addressed include practical tips on starting an agribusiness, insights into Philippine agribusiness and agro-tourism investment opportunities, information on available financial and training programs for OFWs, and discussions on techniques and technologies for producing various agricultural commodities such as goat, tilapia, and crops like cacao and ube.
