In response to the ongoing turbulent weather conditions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai's municipality has declared the closure of all beaches, public parks, and markets in the emirate.
The closures are slated to begin on Friday night for beaches, while public parks and markets will follow suit from Saturday onwards.
This announcement comes in tandem with similar measures undertaken by Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, both of which have also opted to temporarily close parks and beaches in anticipation of the adverse weather forecasted for the weekend.
Residents and visitors are advised to heed these closures for their safety as authorities across the UAE take proactive steps to mitigate potential risks associated with the inclement weather.
